President, Shirley Colbert is the President of the West End Community Council. She has served in a leadership capacity in many political and community organizations. She is currently president of the City West Neighborhood Association, serves on the Council on Aging and does a great deal of volunteer work for St. Joe's and the Democratic Party as well. Shirley is the mother of five and a past Cincinnati Enquirer Woman of the Year.

Vice President, Dave Petersen married Linda 38 years ago. A graduate from Brooklyn College and Air Force Officer Training, Dave earned an MBA while in the service. He then moved from California, to New York City, to Baltimore, to Chicago and then to Cincinnati with Continental Can Company. Dave settled in Cincinnati in 1978 and worked for Senco Products ( a pneumatic tool and fastener company) for over 20 years as a Senior Project Manager and as Director of Logistics. After retiring from Senco, Dave then was Director of Logistics for toy maker Hedstrom Products and also did logistics consulting for BWAY, a packaging company.

Treasurer, Maggie Moon is the Treasurer of the West End Community Council and a long time West End resident. She is active in the Eastern Star and has a tax accounting business.

Financial Secretary, Jemelle Howard was elected Financial Secretary of WECC in early 2006 and has since been re-elected. As Financial Secretary of WECC, Jemelle is responsible for receiving all monies and then forwarding those funds to the Treasurer. Jemelle keeps records of all receipts and disbursements for the organization. She keeps updates on the membership roster upon receipt of dues as well. Jemelle is also involved in the Dayton Street Neighborhood Association (DSNA) and West End Community Council (WECC).

Corresponding Secretary, Jenny Edwards is a resident of the West End. She has a career in Special Education, historical structure and museum research, auto financing and security backgrounds to top it off. Jenny works with Securitas Security USA for Hewlett Packard of Cincinnati. She actively serves with the: Datyon Street Neighborhood Association, West End Health Center, SORTA Neighbors Board, Communities United for Action, Invest In Neigborhoods,Cincinnati Branch NAACP, Brent Spence Historical Advisory, and Partisan political precinct executive in Ward Eighteen. If that were not enough her interests include: Historical research and presentation, Community activism, Photography, and Nature conservancy.

Recording Secretary, Linda Petersen is a 30 year Cincinnati resident. She moved from Hyde Park to the West End ten years ago to live in her "Dream Victorian Home". Before that she moved around the country a lot, following her corporate gypsy husband, Dave. She spent most of her adult life working in the banking industry in the loan department. Linda is a history of art major from Wilson College in Pennsylvania. Lastly, but certainly not least, she is a miniature enthusiast and makes scale models of Victorian houses.
